About Us
High-quality brake disc lathes for on-car and off-car machining.
For more than 20 years, we have specialized in the design, manufacturing, and trading of professional equipment for the restoration and maintenance of car brake discs in China. From our early beginnings as a small engineering workshop to our current role as a trusted global partner, we have remained focused on one goal: delivering reliable, high-quality solutions that help workshops and service centers work safer, faster, and more efficiently.
Our core expertise lies in brake disc lathes. We provide a complete range of machines designed for both on-car and off-car applications:
- On-car brake disc lathes – engineered to machine the disc directly on the vehicle, saving time, ensuring perfect alignment, and reducing the need for disassembly.
- Off-car (bench) brake disc lathes – ideal for discs removed from the car, offering precise, stable machining with excellent surface finish and repeatable accuracy.
Every machine we produce is built from carefully selected materials, advanced components, and strict quality control procedures. Our team of engineers continuously refines our designs to improve durability, ease of use, and performance in real-world workshop environments.
Over the years, our equipment has been adopted by many satisfied customers worldwide — from independent garages and tire shops to large service chains and industrial maintenance centers. They rely on our brake disc lathes to reduce vibration, improve braking performance, and extend the service life of brake components.
As a trading-manufacturing company, we combine the flexibility of international trade with the depth of in-house production. This allows us to offer competitive pricing, consistent quality, and responsive support. We understand that downtime is costly, so we back our products with technical assistance, spare parts availability, and training when needed.
Looking ahead, we remain committed to innovation in brake disc restoration and maintenance technology, helping our partners around the world deliver safer, smoother, and more comfortable driving experiences for their customers.

All modern passenger vehicles and most commercial trucks are equipped with disc brakes on the front axle and very often on the rear as well. Brake discs (rotors) are usually made from cast iron or similar alloys because of their strength, heat capacity and cost-effectiveness. However, these materials are naturally prone to wear and deterioration over time.
The image above shows typical problems that develop on brake discs in real service. Environmental and operating conditions such as road salt, moisture, temperature changes, frictional heat and exposure to chemicals attack the surface and structure of the disc. These influences cause rust corrosion, uneven wear, surface hard spots and thermal damage. Mechanical factors such as incorrect wheel tightening, worn or contaminated brake pads and repeated heavy braking can also lead to disc runout (wobble), thickness variation and distortion (warping).
As the disc’s surface condition and geometry move away from the original specification, braking performance gradually deteriorates. The driver may experience increased stopping distance, reduced braking stability and an overall loss of safety. Common symptoms include vibration in the brake pedal or steering wheel, pulsation during braking, and squealing or grinding noises.
Our brake disc lathe offers an effective alternative to purchasing new discs. By precisely aligning and machining the disc surfaces, our equipment restores the rotor geometry and braking characteristics to a condition very close to a new disc. This process extends the service life of existing discs, saves time and cost for workshops and vehicle owners, and supports environmental sustainability by reducing waste and the need for new raw materials.
For these reasons, regular inspection, correct installation and the use of professional brake disc lathes to refurbish worn discs are essential to maintain optimal braking performance and vehicle safety.
